PURCHASE POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TICKETS AND RENTALS

​

ALL PURCHASES OF TICKETS AND/OR RENTALS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. 

Online ticket and rental transactions are non-refundable; however can be rescheduled to another date within the same season, up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. To reschedule your visit, log in to your account here: https://shop.bearvalley.com/customer/login  Scroll to each item you would like to change, and hit the RESCHEDULE button.  This will allow you to select an alternative date.  You may reschedule up to 3 times per season. 

Unsure of the date you want to select?  Reschedule for the end of the season to give you the flexibility to select a suitable date within the season once you’re ready.  Please note that credits and reschedules do not carry over to the next season. If they are not used within the current season, the payment is non-refundable. 

ALL PURCHASES OF SPECIAL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE & ARE ONLY GOOD FOR THE SEASON PURCHASED IN. 

This applies to all special tickets, including but not limited to Black Friday tickets, Special Pack tickets and Multiple Day tickets. These tickets are only valid for the season purchased in and cannot be rolled into the next season in part or full. 

All onsite sales are final — no replacements, reissues, or refunds.

LESSON RESCHEDULE, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

 

Lesson Reschedule 

We know things change, and we are happy to reschedule your visit at no cost up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled lesson.  If the lesson is not rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the registered date, the full amount of the lesson is retained

To reschedule your lesson, log in to your account here: https://shop.bearvalley.com/customer/login   Scroll to the lesson purchase you would like to change, and hit the RESCHEDULE button.  This will allow you to select an alternative date (based on availability).  You may reschedule your lesson online up to 3 times per season. Reschedules made over the phone will be subject to a $25 administrative fee, per change requested.   

Please note that credits and reschedules do not carry over to the next season – if they are not used within the current season, the lesson is forfeited.  

Cancellation Process  

Up to 48 hours (2 days) prior to reserved lesson:   

If you need to cancel your lesson, we can provide a refund of your lesson reservation less a 25% processing fee for each lesson item cancelled.     

Within 48 hours of the reserved lesson:   

There are no refunds or reschedules* available for lessons cancelled within 48 hours of the booked lesson, or changes requested on the same day as the booked lesson.  

*For Private Lessons, another student may use the reserved time slot for instruction of the same discipline. Please contact the Lesson Desk to request this change.

There are no refunds due to weather or snow conditions, or for those who are unwilling to participate in the class.  

Anyone not showing up for the lesson at the designated time will still be charged for the full amount.

SEASON PASSES

SEASON-LONG PREFERRED PARKING PASS POLICY

​

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SEASON-LONG PREFERRED PARKING PASSES. 

Season-Long Preferred Parking Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, valid only for the season, and cannot be rolled over to a future season.  Bear Valley Mountain Resort WILL NOT REPLACE LOST OR STOLEN Season-Long Preferred Parking Passes. 

Passes may be revoked at any time for reasons including (but not limited to): Failure or refusal to follow instructions from parking attendants or parking in undesignated areas.

TEAMS PROGRAMS

​

Our Teams refund policy for all team programs is as follows:

​

Withdrawal prior to 7/1 – 10% cancellation fee

Withdrawal prior to 9/1 – 25% cancellation fee

Withdrawal prior to 12/1 – 50% cancellation fee

No refunds after 12/1

Refund requests must be submitted in writing by emailing seasonpass@bearvalley.com. All refunds are processed based on the official withdrawal date. Please allow up to four weeks for processing. Exceptions to this policy may be considered in the case of documented medical emergencies, subject to review by program administration.

​

This refund policy does NOT apply to any other Bear Valley Mountain Resort products – including (but not limited to) Season Passes which are non-refundable for any reason.

Training Cancellation

​

Bear Valley reserves the right to cancel team training sessions due to insufficient snow conditions, severe weather, safety concerns, or other emergencies beyond the resort's control. Under these circumstances, refunds will not be provided.

BEAR VALLEY LODGE ACCOMMODATION

​​

Cancellation Period for Standard Weekday and Weekend Bookings: 7 days prior to your arrival date.

 

Cancellation Period for Winter Holiday Peak Bookings: 14 days prior to your arrival date. Winter Holiday Peak Dates are considered Dec 24, 2026 - Jan 2, 2027, Jan 15. 2027 - Jan 17, 2027, and Feb 12, 2027 - Feb 20, 2027.

 

If a reservation is cancelled prior to the Cancellation Period indicated above, we will refund the first night’s room deposit, less a $15.00 Cancellation Processing Fee per room booked. Cancelling within the Cancellation Period for any reason will result in the loss of the first night's deposit for each room reserved.

 

NOTE: cancellations or no-shows due to forces of nature, road closures, or pandemics are non-refundable – standard cancellation policy will apply.
