Preferred Parking

 

Preferred parking is available Saturdays - Sundays & holiday periods for $30 per vehicle.  There is no fee to park in the preferred lot on weekdays, excluding holiday periods.

 

Parking pass holders have reserved access to the preferred lot until 10am daily. Spaces within the lot are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note: Regular preferred parking operations are weekend and holiday periods. Guests without a parking pass will still be able to purchase a $30 day pass and park in the preferred area prior to 10 AM (subject to limited availability). After 10 AM, any remaining available preferred parking is no longer reserved and will be available for both parking pass holders as well as day pass purchasers - first come, first served.

 

25/26 Season Parking Pass 

 

These permits give you access to our preferred/paid lot area and are designed to make your mountain experience smoother and more convenient.

 

Details:

 

1. Price: $300 each

    

2. Additional Limited Sale: Tuesday, October 7th, 2025 in the Parking and Directions page under the "Plan Your Trip" tab. 

    

3. A limited number of Season Parking Passes will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. Online only. 

    

4. Parking pass holders have reserved access to the  preferred lot area until 10:00am daily. Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability may be limited or affected by weather or other factors. 

    

5. Available parking spots are reduced on days with inclement weather as we do not park cars banks during snowstorms.

  6.​The parking pass does not include overnight parking.

Once you have your parking pass, we ask that you help us by following a few guidelines:

 

1. Parking Pass Pick Up: Permits can be collected from our Guest Services office starting November 1st, 2025 from Monday through Friday.

    

2. Display Required: Please display your parking pass in your front window before you arrive and while you are parked in your preferred parking area.

    

3. No replacements or refunds: If lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or forgotten, your parking pass will not be reissued or refunded, all sales are final. No exceptions.

    

4. Revocation Policy: Parking passes at Bear Valley Mountain Resort may be revoked at any time for reasons such as violations or other grounds deemed appropriate by the resort management.

  5. Be Respectful to Parking & Guest Services Staff: Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward parking attendants or guest services personnel will not be tolerated. Anyone engaging in such behavior may be subject to immediate termination of their parking privileges, and could have their parking pass revoked or confiscated for the remainder of the season.
