Our Guest Services Office is now open to assist with pass pickup, ticketing, and general inquiries. Lockers are also accessible during office hours for your convenience. Our opening day is Friday, Nov.28th! Cub Chair (Runs Open: Cub Meadow) and Mokelumne Express (Runs Open: Mokelumne West, Mokelumne) are set to spin! *Please note early conditions do exist, please abide by all closures and safety signage.

Guest Services is the main hub for on-mountain assistance. Guests can purchase lift tickets, pick up season passes, inquire about lost and found items, and get answers to general questions about their visit.
