DONATION REQUESTS

Bear Valley is proud to support local organizations and causes each year through in-kind contributions of lift tickets—valid Monday through Friday, non-holiday dates, during the season in which they are issued.

 

Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we focus our charitable giving on initiatives that align closely with our mission and local communities. We prioritize organizations that promote snow sports, environmental sustainability, education, and healthy lifestyles.

DONATION GUIDELINES

To be eligible for a donation, your organization must:

​

  1. Be a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit 

  2. Be actively involved in supporting K-12 education, environmental stewardship, wellness initiatives, or the growth of snow sports.

  3. Be based in the greater Highway 4 area or Northern California area. 

 

Please note:

​

  1. Standard donations consist of two (2) lift tickets per organization, typically granted once per year.

  2. Priority is given to organizations closest to Bear Valley.

  3. All requests must be submitted online at least 30 days before your event or any promotional print deadline.

  4. Mailed or emailed donation requests will not be accepted.
