The nightly resort fee includes year-round benefits and seasonal services previously charged for and provides benefits to each registered guest in your room.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

 

Cancellations for Standard Weekday and Weekend Bookings: 7 days prior to your arrival date. For Winter Holiday Peak Bookings: 14 days prior to your arrival date. Winter Holiday Peak Dates are considered Dec 20th thru Jan 4th, Jan 17th thru Jan 19th, and Feb 14th thru Feb 22nd.

 

IF you cancel your reservation prior to the Cancellation Period indicated above, we will refund your first night’s room deposit, less a $15.00 Cancellation Processing Fee per room booked. Cancelling within the Cancellation Period for any reservations, is a forfeiture of your first night's deposit for each room reserved. NOTE: Cancellations or "No Show" due to forces of nature and/or road closures or pandemics are not refundable.

PET POLICY

 

Pet-friendly rooms are available upon request and must be booked directly through us. Please call before booking to ensure availability.

We’re happy to welcome well-mannered, fully trained dogs at the Bear Valley Lodge. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests—two-legged and four—we kindly ask that you review and follow our pet policy:

​

• A limited number of pet-friendly rooms are available; please call ahead to confirm availability.

• There are no weight restrictions for dogs.

• A non-refundable cleaning fee of $25 per night will be added to your room charge. (This fee is waived for service animals.)

• Dogs may not be left unattended in guest rooms at any time.

• Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Please bring your own pet bedding.

• Owners are responsible for any damage or disturbances caused by their pet; additional fees may apply.

• For the safety of your pet and our staff, housekeeping will only enter the room if:

  • The pet is not present.

  • The guest is present and can monitor the pet.

  • The pet is secured in a crate or carrier.

 

SMOKING POLICY

Please note the Bear Valley Lodge is a non-smoking facility.  When staying at the Bear Valley Lodge, smoking of any materials in your guest room is subject to a penalty of $250.
