Rental Shop Hours Of Operations: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Our Rental Shop team is here to help you find the right gear so you can spend more time on the mountain and less time in line.

How It Works

Dedicated Support: We now have a rental specialist and rental cashier available at the Lesson Desk. Anyone at the desk can assist and ring up rental customers.

Helmets Included: Helmets are now included in all Ski and Snowboard Packages - whether you need one or not, it’s built into the package price.

Guests Under 18: Renting guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who can sign a liability waiver.

Keep It Moving: To keep the rental process quick and efficient, we ask that only renting guests enter the rental department. For families, please limit to one non-renting adult per child.

Personal Equipment: If you’re bringing your own gear, please note that older or heavily used equipment may no longer be indemnified (approved for service). If that’s the case, we may ask you to rent replacement items for safety reasons.

Ski or Snowboard Package

Adults (age 13+) $65 / Children (age 12 & under) $50

Includes: Skis, Ski Boots, Poles or Snowboard and Snowboard Boots. All rental packages include a helmet.

Ski or Snowboard Boot Only

Adults (age 13+) $45 / Children (age 12 & under) $35

Free adjustment in the Repair Shop to fit our boots to your skis or snowboard.

Rental Policy

Online rental transactions are non-refundable; however can be rescheduled to another date within the same season. To reschedule your rental pick up, log in to your account here: https://shop.bearvalley.com/customer/login Scroll to the purchase you would like to change, and hit the RESCHEDULE button. This will allow you to select an alternative date. You may reschedule up to 3 times per season.

Unsure of the date you want to select? Reschedule for the end of the season to give you the flexibility to select a suitable date within the season once you’re ready. We suggest choosing April 12, 2026. Please note that credits and reschedules do not carry over to the next season, if they are not used within the current season, the payment is forfeited.
