26/27 Cali Pass Holder Assurance Policy

We understand that there may be circumstances that prevent you from using your pass. Here’s what you need to know:

​

• Pass Assurance Deferral (Unused Pass Only, Any Reason, Deadline: December 1st, 2026)

• What to Do: If you can’t use your pass for any reason, you can defer it to the 2027/2028 season.

• How: Submit your request by December 1st, 2026 and pay a $50 deferral fee. The remaining value of your pass will be credited toward your next season pass.

• Note: You’ll need to pay any additional price difference when you order your new pass. Only 1 deferral per passholder, per season is allowed.

 

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SEASON PASSES.

 

Season Pass age is determined by your age as of January 1st, 2027.
