Lift Maintenance Training Brings Statewide Collaboration to Bear Valley
“This month, Bear Valley Resort hosted an intensive lift maintenance training session as part of a new California Mountain Resort Company (CMRC) Lift Maintenance Educational Program. The program is designed to strengthen employee knowledge and elevate lift safety standards, not only at Bear Valley Mountain Resort, but at all Cali Pass resorts.
Lift Maintenance professionals from our sister resorts, China Peak, Dodge Ridge, and Mountain High gathered to share best practices, align on safety protocols, and train on the latest inspection techniques and equipment standards. The cross-resort collaboration advances our Lift Maintenance team’s ability to maintain reliable lift operations throughout the Summer and Winter seasons.
