Winter is officially back at Bear Valley!
After more than a month without snowfall, this storm cycle delivered. Our 24-hour total this morning came in at 9", and we picked up an additional 8" of fresh snow during the day. Just like that, the mountain is refreshed, tomorrow at 8am we will have the new 48hr total for you! There’s also the potential for up to 2" more overnight to top things off.
Tomorrow is lining up to be a classic Sierra bluebird day, sunny skies with a high near 37°F. Fresh snow under clear skies is exactly what we’ve been waiting for. If you’ve been holding out for the return of Winter, this is it.
