Booking a trip to Bear Valley for a group is as easy as an email, phone call or fax. Just pick a day your group would like to visit and our Group Sales Team will take care of the rest. Bring your group to Bear Valley Sunday-Friday (non-peak) and save BIG! Group pricing is available for 20 or more people using one form of payment. Reservations are required.

Sunday - Friday Groups

Sunday through Friday are great days to bring groups to Bear Valley. You'll enjoy deep discounts and additional services to ensure a great time is had by all! Choose from a fun race on our giant slalom course, scavenger hunt, private reception, outdoor education or a special photo session. Have some fun ideas of your own? Work with our Group Sales Team to customize an activity and create an ideal outing for your group in the mountains. Minimum group requirement is 20. For every 20 lift tickets purchased you receive one FREE. We require 2 weeks advance reservations with a credit card. If you need to cancel within 48 hours, you will be refunded all but $25.00 of your total amount. Changes are accepted with a $25 charge, and may result in delays for your group. If you are signed up for a morning lesson on the day of your trip, please arrive no later than 8:30am. Upon your arrival, please keep your group on the bus and the Group Coordinator will come to you to expedite the ticketing process. Transportation

Charter Buses
Bear Valley Mountain Resort has different options to help you with your transportation needs. With our outreach relationships, we have contacts throughout the Bay Area or Charter Bus information. Please contact Group sales at sales@bearvalley.com or 209-753-2301 x119 for additional information.

Shuttle Bus Service
Shuttle buses transport guests to and from Bear Valley Village and parking lots on the average of every hour. The Village is located only 2 miles away, making it an easy and convenient transfer.

Saturday Groups

Minimum group requirement is 20. For every 20 lift tickets purchased, you receive one FREE. Saturday lift ticket rate is $45 per person. We require 2 weeks advance reservations with a credit card. Cancellations up to 48 hours in advance, no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival day are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Pre-pay 10 days in advance and your tickets can be sent Fed Ex to you free! With tickets in hand, you can park and hit the slopes. No standing in lines! We charge $25 for changes, so please try and have all of your information finalized upon booking your group. Remember, if you are signed up for a morning lesson on the day of your trip, please arrive no later than 8:30am.

Peak Blackout Dates:

Group reservations are not available during Peak blackouts.
