Q: Is a lift ticket required?
A: Yes a lift ticket is required as an access pass to be on the mountain with equipment. Even if your child will only be using our Panda or Cub Carpet they are still required to have a ticket.

Q: Are lift tickets and rentals included?
A: Lift tickets and rentals are included with all of our lesson packages. Helmets are included in the lesson packages for all group lessons for children aged 4-12 years. For the half day packages, it is only the lesson that is half day, the children can use the lift ticket and rental all day!

Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: You should book lesson reservations at least 3-4 days in advance, and up to 2-3 weeks in advance for holidays and busy weekends. We do have limited walk-in space but we do advise advanced reservations to guarantee your spot. We do not book next-day reservations online or over the phone.

Q: What are private lessons?
A: Private lessons are a 1-on-1 session with the student and an instructor. We also have semi-private lessons available that can add multiple students to one lesson with an instructor. We always advise that the students be of the same or similar ability levels, and must both be either skiing or snowboarding. Our private lessons are sold for 1 hour at 9AM, 12PM, and 3PM.
