Renew or purchase your new Bear Valley Season Pass by October 31st before prices increase.
When renewing your season pass, be sure to have your current 22/23 pass handy and select “RELOAD YOUR BEAR VALLEY MEDIA” during checkout. Listed on the back of your pass below your name is a WTP number (a 14 character code that looks like WTP: ********-***-***). Input that number into the WTP field during the Reload My Bear Valley Media step during checkout. Reloading your current card will allow you to head straight out to the lift next season!
If you haven’t created your Bear Valley online account yet, simply click the “LOG IN” button on the upper right-hand of our estore homepage, enter the email you have on file with Bear Valley Guest Services, and select “Forgot Password”. You will receive an email that will guide you through the rest of the account setup process. If your email is not recognized, please contact guest services by emailing seasonpass@bearvalley.com for assistance.
New for the 23/24 season– Bear Valley is proud to partner with Spot Insurance to provide injury insurance coverage in the unfortunate event that you suffer an injury while using your pass. Spot insurance will reimburse up to $25,000 in medical expenses that can cover your deductible, plus eligible in-and-out-of-network medical costs – even if you already have health insurance. And this is automatically included with your 23/24 Bear Valley Season Pass!

If you are any Military member with a valid ID looking for Pure Mountain Fun all season long, you can save money by purchasing a Military Season Pass. A military ID must be presented in order to pick up. This is an unrestricted pass with no blackout dates.Pass pickup instructions:

Available to all college students taking a minimum of 12 units at the time of pass pick-up. You will be asked to provide proof of eligibility so make sure you bring a transcript and your college ID! College Passes will not be issued without proof of eligibility.*This is an unrestricted pass with no blackout dates.*Inability to provide eligibility documents at the time of pick up will result in the College pass being refunded minus a processing fee. |

Pass pricing is based on Pass Holders age as of December 31, 2023.
There are no blackout days or restricted dates for the following passes:
- All Access
- College
- Military

Keeping your contact information up to date will ensure your liability is squared away and you will receive exclusive Season Pass Member information.
To print a new pass, the fee is $25.
If you forgot your pass and need a ticket for the day. We can print you a "Forgot Season Pass" Lift ticket for a small fee.
ALL Season Pass Purchases and Renewals are FINAL!
Pass discounts are not retroactive. Purchases made will receive a discount based on the current pass at time of product purchase (teams, lockers, etc). While we will be happy to upgrade your pass type, discounts will not be retroactively extended if a customer decides to change pass type.
