Booking Modifications:
The Black Friday Stay & Ski promotion can only be transferred to a new date if the change is made during the Black Friday sales period, from 12:01 AM on November 29th, 2024, to 11:59 PM on December 2nd, 2024. Reservations and deposits may be adjusted within this timeframe; however, changes made after Cyber Monday will result in the package reverting to standard Stay & Ski rates. If you contact Bear Valley Lodge by email (bvlodging@bearvalley.com) or phone message before midnight on December 2nd, your Black Friday deal can be transferred to the specified new date.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival qualify for a refund, minus a $15 processing fee.
