The much anticipated start to our season has arrived! We are so excited to welcome you all back on the hill today and have a fun weekend lineup in store to celebrate the start of our Winter season!

Enjoy live music from Nathan Igancio today from 11am-3pm at Maury's Mustang Bar, a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Cub chair at 8:30am, be the first to make a purchase at any participating venue (Sunrise Cafe, Maury's Mustang Bar, Ebbetts Grill, Kofi Haus, Reba Sports, Sky High Pizza) to win a special prize, & much more is in store for today!

Operating Schedule:

• Starting this weekend, we’ll be open Fridays through Sundays until December 13th, 2024.

• Beginning December 13th, we’ll transition to 7-day operations for the 2024/2025 season.

Lessons

Can I book lessons online or over the phone?

For Opening Weekend (including Friday), all lesson bookings will be available on-site only. While we cannot book lessons for future dates during this time, our team will gladly gather your details and follow up to confirm pricing and complete your reservation over the phone. Online lesson bookings will be available soon! For all inquiries regarding lessons, please email lessons@bearvalley.com

What lessons will be available?

We offer ski and snowboard lessons for adults ranging from beginner to intermediate and cub club (children) lessons. Prepare for a fun-filled opening weekend on the slopes! Lessons will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to arrive early to secure your spot.

Food & Beverage

Kofi Haus Cafe: Located inside Bear Valley Lodge, serving coffee from Gold Country Roasters, breakfast, and pastries. 

    -  Open 7:00 AM–12:00 PM daily.

General Store: Your stop for daily essentials, located in the Bear Valley Lodge. 

• Open 9:00 AM–5:00 PM daily.

  
  

Sky High Pizza: Enjoy lunch and dinner specials at Sky High Pizza in Bear Valley Lodge. Open Friday-Sunday

               -  Lunch Service: 11:30 AM–3:00 PM

               - Dinner: 4:30 PM–8:00 PM
