2010/11 Season Pass orders will not be issued until a season pass liability release form is completed and pass holder and/or their guardian has reviewed the SkierGuard Insurance description of coverage. Liability releases, SkierGuard Description of Coverage and Season Pass order forms are available in the Season Pass office or by clicking on the links below.

2010/2011 Season Pass – Purchaser Agreement

BVMT WILL NOT refund or provide a CREDIT on a Season Pass under any circumstances, including but not limited to: no snow, didn’t’ like the snow we got, never used the Season Pass, injury, surgery, planned or unplanned pregnancy, broken bones, financial hardship, moving out of state, moving out of country, traveling, going to school, changed my mind, incarceration, better offer came along, sudden dislike for Bear Valley or their staff, sickness, terminal illness, mental breakdown, divorce, death or pass scanning at lift lines. Further, Season Pass retention devices are the responsibility of the guest and it is understood that any complimentary retention devices provided by BVMT are provided as a convenience and BVMT makes no warranty as to the effectiveness of such devices. If a season pass is forgotten, a replacement day ticket can be purchased for $5. Lost or stolen season passes are subject to a $25 reinstatement fee.

SkierGuard Season Pass Insurance does provide refunds on Bear Valley Mountain season passes with the exception of specific exclusions. This is the ONLY way to get any type of refund on a Bear Valley Mountain Season Pass.
