Hey Good People!
Wednesday brought some big thunder heads to the area but it didn’t make it to Bear Valley. The SW Low will get the boot today and beautiful weather approaches for the weekend. The beginning of next week will see SE pressures aloft and contribute to warmer temps. We might see some precip Labor Weekend but that’s still to far out to nail down. In the mean time enjoy a beautiful sunny day, with a high near 71. Light southwest wind becoming west southwest 8 to 13 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 21 mph. This weekend The Ebbett’s Pass Century is happening! Check out the M.A.S. website for more info. http://mtadventure.com
And don’t forget about Labor Day Weekend and the soap Box Derby! Live music by Rainy and the Rattlesnakes and then on Sunday there is a community potluck live music w/ 10 String Symphony/Tattletale Saints and Rainy & The Rattlesnakes happening at the Trent house in Sherman Acres(1 mile west of Bear). Everyone is invited, music starts at 3pm.
