Local Area/Community Housing

The majority of our employees live outside of Employee Housing. Seasonal rentals in the area are available but can be tough to find, so start your search early. When searching for housing you might want to consider roommates, furnished and location.  Bear Valley Human Resources does maintain a list of people looking for roommates.  If transportation is an issue for you, you may want to consider housing near our employee shuttle stops in Arnold, Dorrington, Camp Connell and Bear Valley.  As a general rule expect to pay $300 – $500 per person a month for rent, not including utilities. It is common to have to pay the first month’s rent and a security deposit upon signing.
