Year-round and management position openings arise on occasion however there are abundant winter seasonal full and part time job opportunities each year, and part time summer work during the months of July and August, especially during the annual Bear Valley Music Festival.
Bear Valley is looking for friendly individuals that can provide great customer service. If you have prior resort/hospitality experience it is helpful but not required, as we will train quality people with the right personalities. Being an experienced skier or snowboarder is helpful but not required. Full and part time positions are available each season and employees must enjoy working hard and having fun. Our winter season generally runs from early December through mid-April. Employees to work on weekends and holidays and schedules will vary based on weather and crowds. When considering joining the Bear Valley Resorts organization we ask that you make plans for transportation and housing. The surrounding area has no public transportation and limited seasonal housing. We provide a free employee shuttle bus running to and from work (beginning in Arnold). Human Resources can provide housing referrals and/or will assist in coordinating roommates upon request.
