Community Involvement

Bear Valley Resorts is actively involved in supporting a diverse range of community interests within Alpine, Calaveras County and the broader bay area communities. Through donations and promotional support, Bear Valley is an invested sponsor of cultural, educational, health, historic, and athletic programs. Each year Bear Valley Resorts donates over $100k to non-profit organizations, eighty-five percent of our donations go directly into supporting the local foothill and alpine communities. Bear Valley Resorts prides itself on maintaining a meaningful connection within its area and our caring customers to enhance the quality of life and recreational opportunities for residents and visitors alike.

CHARITABLE DONATION REQUESTS – Bear Valley is able to consider donation requests received at least eight weeks prior to an event. We’d like to support as many events as possible, but we do have a limited amount of funds available. Bear Valley is very focused on supporting organizations that support kids and community. We do not support any specific political organizations. All requests should be submitted in writing on charitable organization letterhead detailing the non-profit, its mission/goals and the fund-raising event.
