Bear Valley Lodge
Consider the Bear Valley Lodge for your wedding, reception or group event. We offer banquets for groups of 20 or more, accommodating up to approximately 300 people. Our executive chef has put together menus with a wide variety of culinary choices.
All banquet menus are served buffet style except for seated dinners.Buffets are usually served in the Creekside Dining Room and the Cathedral Lounge, but arrangements can also be made to have your banquet set up in the John Ebbetts Room. Find menus and pricing options in the Extras Packet. Tables, chairs, linens, party supplies, etc. may be rented from the Lodge or another establishment. A block of rooms in the Lodge can be reserved for overnight stays along with your event. Amenities include telephone, satellite TV and private bathrooms. Wireless internet is available free in all common areas. The Lodge has three price ranges, which include economy rooms, upgraded rooms and suites. Bear Valley Mountain, Bear Valley Lodge and the Stanislaus National Forest all provide a quaint and intimate setting. Mountains, lakes, wild flowers, granite walls or snow drifts become unique and fun places to tie the knot, recreate or celebrate any affair. Visit and experience all the grandeur of the Stanislaus National Forest. Please note, events in the Stanislaus National Forest may require a special use permit.
Bear Valley Lodge and Mountain offer a variety of private rooms, and venues for conferences of varying sizes. Both also offer wireless internet access and can support audio visual needs such as electronic projection, screens, DVD, VCR, wireless microphone, sound systems and more.

Then head in for the perfect celebration at the Mountain, Lodge or in the Village. Bear Valley has facilities that can accommodate receptions from 25-500 guests, so get creative and have some fun on your special day.

Typical buffet dinners start at approximately $26/pp and will vary depending on menu. In addition you will have venue fees waived when your guests stay at the Bear Valley Lodge.
