Terra Firma Fitness provides exciting, adventurous, and fun outdoor workouts for first time exercisers to high-level athletes. Classes include a circuit of cardiovascular and resistance training, including activities such as trail runs/walks, winterhiking, snowshoeing, hill lunges, sitting tree squats, rock push-ups and field drills.

After exhausting your body from the sport of your choice or if you need to just relax massage therapy is also available. Amy has been professionally trained and working as a licensed massage therapist since 1999. Massage techniques available range from sports, deep tissue, swedish/relaxation, prenatal, La’stone, cranial sacral and applied Kinesiology which involves muscle testing. Available for out calls, group events, gift certificates and chair massage. Terra Firma also offers Vinyasa Yoga throughout the winter season. *Please refer to website for schedule.
