Bear Valley Mountain Resort is continuing with it's first phase of facilty upgrades, investing over $5 million for the 06/07 season. Our Mountain Makeover is underway, offering up exciting new changes both in the lodge and on the mountain.

For starters, we've put the Hibernation Chair to sleep and swapped it with a sweet, state-of-the-art high-speed quad, aptly named the "Polar Express." Also, we've expanded our snow cat fleet which will bump up our grooming capacity.

At mid-mountain, the lodge has undergone an evolution. You'll enjoy more space, even better service and some cool new features like plasma screens in the food court, and resort-wide charging for season pass holders, giving you credit card convenience built right into your season pass.

We've revamped our rentals and snow school areas too, speeding up the reservation and check-in process with a new computerized check-in area, sure to get you geared-up and on the slopes before you can say "get me to the Polar Express!"
