BVSEF

BVSEF works closely with the Mountain to provide a part-time program at a reasonable fees. While other teams/foundations charge nearly double Bear Valley's fees to run their programs, the Foundation-Mountain is a "Win-Win" relationship. Only with the Foundation's assistance, can Bear Valley continue to deliver the Far West's Premier part-time program at a practical price. Some of the ways the BVSEF continues to achieve this is by organizing and running of Club or Far West Races, continued partnering of training and race equipment costs, uniform sales and distribution, team events and fund-raising, extened coaching education and maintaining a community based web site.

The Foundation cannot support the Bear Valley Teams without your involvement. We ask that parents of Team Members do 2 things; (1) join the BVSEF Community website by to www.bvsef.org; click on "Login" then click "Join." Make sure you indicate which team(s) (Race/Devo/Freeride) you wish to associate with. This is how the Team coaches and Foundation will communicate with Team Members/Parents, and (2) volunteer a day or two, or even a few hours to assist with events and activities sponsored by the Mountain and the Foundation. Announcements and sign ups will be forthcoming.

FAR WEST RACES AT BEAR- BVSEF and the Mountain plan to host a USSA Far West J4/J5 Central Series Slalom race on January 6-7, 2007. Learn how you can assist to make these events possible by volunteering at the pre-season meeting or by visting www.bvsef.org.
