Plan Your Trip

Booking a trip to Bear Valley for your group is easy. Just send an email, call by phone, or fax a request for a date @ (209) 753-6421. Pick the day(s) your group would like to visit and our Group Sales Team will take care of the rest. Bear Valley Group Pricing is available 7 days a week with NO HOLIDAY BLACKOUTS.  However Groups do book up during holidays, so be sure to call us or email early.

Group pricing is available for 20 or more people using one form of payment.
Pre-pay 10 days in advance and your tickets can be sent to you free via Fed-Ex!
Advance reservations are required at least 7-10 day before the trip.

Regardless of your group option, you can choose from a fun race on our giant slalom course, a scavenger hunt, a private reception, outdoor education, or a special photo session. Have some fun ideas of your own? Work with our Group Sales Team to customize an activity and create an ideal outing for your group in the mountains.

 Minimum group requirement is 20 people.

  • For every 20 lift tickets purchased, you receive one FREE ticket.
  • Please plan at least 7-10 days in advance for your trip.  Trips will require a credit card to hold booking.
    If you need to cancel within 48 hours, you will be refunded all but $25.00 of your total amount.
  • Changes are accepted with a $25 charge, and may result in delays for your group. Also, any changes to your group order within 48 hours of date of trip will not receive group pricing. 
  • If you are signed up for a morning lesson on the day of your trip, please arrive no later than 8:30am that day.
  • Upon your arrival, please keep your group on the bus and the Group Coordinator will come to you to expedite the ticketing process.

Transportation

Charter Buses

Shuttle Bus Service
Shuttle buses transport guests to and from Bear Valley Village and parking lots on the average of every hour. The Village is located only 2 miles away, making it an easy and convenient transfer.
