Bear Valley Lodge Consider the Bear Valley Lodge for your wedding, reception or group event. We offer banquets for groups of 20 or more, accommodating up to approximately 300 people. Our executive chef has put together menus with a wide variety of culinary choices. All banquet menus are served buffet style (except for a seated dinner). Buffets are usually served in the Creekside Dining Room and the Cathedral Lounge, but arrangements can also be made to have your banquet set up in the John Ebbetts Room. Find Menus and pricing options in the Extras Packet. Tables, chairs, linens, party supplies, etc. may be rented from the Lodge or another establishment. Lists of Lodge rentals and rental companies have been provided in the Extras Packet. For your convenience, there is also a list of Local Services. A block of rooms in the lodge can be reserved for overnight stays along with your event. Amenities include telephone, satellite TV and private bathrooms. Wi-Fi internet is available free in all common areas. The Bear Valley Lodge has three price ranges, which include economy rooms, upgraded rooms and suites. Choose from mountains, lakes, wild flowers, or snow drifts. Bear Valley venues are a very unique and fun places to tie the knot, recreate or celebrate any occasion.

Conference Facilities Bear Valley Lodge and Mountain offer a variety of private rooms, and venues for conferences of varying sizes. The lodge and the mountain both offer wireless internet access and can support audio visual needs such as electronic projection, screens, DVD, VCR, wireless microphone, sound system and more. Winter
