When The Snow Falls Bear Valley plays host to schools, clubs, private groups and corporations from all over the state. Bear Valley’s group planners work with you to create a one day getaway or several days of fun for groups of all ages and abilities. Our planners will help with discounted pricing on recreational activities, lodging, meals and receptions too. We can even plan fun activities like races, scavenger hunts, environmental educational programs, team building activities and awards.

Mid-Week Winter School Program – Single Day
Bear Valley offers two comprehensive mid-week school programs for kids from 1st to 12th grade. The mid-week educational day program is a comprehensive snow sports program that includes a full day on the Mountain with teachers, classmates and chaperones. Each student will be enrolled in a 1.5 hour group lesson and will receive all-day ski or snowboard rentals and an all day lift ticket at a highly discounted rate. Each visit will include a mandatory group lesson.

Mid-Week Winter School Program – Multi Day
The mid-week educational multi-day program means the school rules the Mountain. Bear Valley offers a safe environment for students to come learn, explore and play in a winter wonderland. The Stanislaus National Forest offers a superb outdoor classroom to ensure your school can offer a comprehensive outing of education and fun for students of all ages.
