New Village Development

1. Eligibility:

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN PRIZES
Only legal residents at least 18 years of age who reside in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia are eligible to enter the survey / prize drawing. Employees of Bear Valley Mountain Resort, Dundee Realty, TBI and those involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of this Survey/prize drawing and members of the immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to win prizes. By transmitting the official entry form, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. No mechanical reproductions or photocopies will be accepted. Prize Drawing will be one entry per household. All duplicate entries will be eliminated from the drawing. Only completed surveys will be eligible for the prize; incomplete surveys will not be entered in the prize drawing. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal and state laws.

2. How to Enter:

To enter, complete the information requested on the survey questionnaire. Only completed surveys will be eligible for the prize; incomplete surveys will not be entered in the prize drawing.

LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER PERSON AND/OR PER EMAIL ACCOUNT. If multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be considered and subsequent entries will be disqualified. No other method of entry will be accepted. Proof of online entry or of posting does not constitute proof of delivery. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the property of Bear Valley Mountain Resort and will not be acknowledged or returned.

3. Prize(s):

Retail Value of Prize(s): Prize values vary between $50 - $500
Deadline for Submission: After 200 entries received
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prize. All taxes and all other expenses not expressly specified herein as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-transferable and may not be transferred or substituted or redeemed for cash.

4. Privacy

Bear Valley Mountain Resort will not sell or provide your information to any third party. The information provided will be used only for the purpose for sending periodic emails and or direct mail on information related to the development of the New Village at Bear Valley. To be removed from our list, please send email to info@bearvalley.com and request removal from our “Development Database”.
