MAS strives to develop people’s skills in the mountains and appreciation for the alpine environment. Traveling comfortably and efficiently is a skill learned through experience and training. Knowing your goals and limits can lead to freedom in “wild places”. It is for this reason that MAS offers mountaineering training courses in Northern California.
Immerse yourself during this full day of telemark instruction. Small groups (4 people max) of similar ability focus on skills relavent to the group and snow conditions. Small class size enables personalized attention and plenty of skiing. Come prepared for a day of learning, skiing and fun.
