Register for Archery Camp

SESSIONS:

June 28-July 2, 2010 – complete
August 16-August 20th, 2010

1. Residential Camp

- 20 hours of professional Archery coaching with  Head Coach Tom Hinojosa and his team (more about Tom)
- 4 nights lodging in Base Camp Lodge
- Breakfast and dinner provided by Bear Valley Lodge
- Lunch by Headwaters Cafe and BV General Store and Deli
- Last night BBQ at Bear Valley Lodge pool, camp t-shirt.
- Kayaking with Bear Valley Adventure Co., rock climbing with Mountain Adventure Seminars……………………………………………$895.00

2. Day Camp

Camper is staying at home or a local cabin or is camping at a local campground (with their own guardian)
- Includes 20 hours of professional Archery coaching with  Head Coach Tom Hinojosa and his team (more about Tom)
- Lunch by Headwaters Cafe and BV General Store and Deli
- Last night BBQ at Bear Valley Lodge pool, camp t-shirt.
- Kayaking with Bear Valley Adventure Co., rock climbing with Mountain Adventure Seminars…………….$650.00

A non-fundable deposit of $100.00 is required to hold a space for each camper upon registration.  Payment must be made in full for registrations received after May 21, 2010. 

    

Refund Policy: Any cancellation before May 21st will be refunded in full on Sept. 1st, 2010. Any cancellation between May 22nd and the 1st of June will receive a 50% reusable credit for another session in 2010.   After June 1st, no refunds will be issued.  All cancellations must be called or emailed in by a parent of the registered camper to fun@bearvalley.com.  All August camp cancellations before July 15 will receive a full refund. July 16- August 1st  will receive a 50% reusable credit valid for lessons with All American Archery or future camps. No refunds will be issued after August 1st, 2010.
