Forty Fun Bucks - Earn a Nomination!

BVMR will be acknowledging many staff for exceptional service and deeds over the next few months through our Forty Fun Bucks Rewards Program. Several staff have been presented with certificates of appreciation and their $40 Fun Buck card that is redeemable at any of the Mountain's point of sale locations. For example, a parking staffer went out of his way during a recent snow storm to dig and dig and dig, until he found a guest's lost car keys... then there was the snow sports instructor who turned in a wallet with hundred of dollars of cash, which was successfully reunited with it's owner. Though they may seem small, these thoughtful acts are what makes our staff unique and special, and we believe worthy of appreciation! STAFF TAHOE TRIP, SF DAY AND MORE!

Human Resources is planning a staff trip to South Lake Tahoe for staff to take part in the first week of February... The package includes transportation and 2 nights lodging... we're looking to make special ticket deals with Heavenly and Sierra at Tahoe... for more info send an email to Cote... cotem@bearvalley.com. Space is limited to the first 30 staff to sign up and provide a cash deposit. Also, we're thinking about a 1 day trip to San Francisco toward the end of January. If we have 20 or more people interested, we'll make it happen. Talk to Cote asap if you'd like to enjoy a day in the City!
