Happy Holidays

Dear Friends and Snow Enthusiasts,

The holiday season is upon us and I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your patronage of Bear Valley Mountain Resort. I hope you have been able to experience our friendly staff and the great early season snow conditions. Talking about staff, we have a terrific group of employees this season. I’d like to thank them for their dedication and friendly services, as I know they are working hard to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. “Thanks team”!

I want to wish you, your family and friends a happy holiday season and all the best and success for the New Year.

Martin

I visited on Dec 27, and once again there was no indoor seating available in the cafeteria. The new tent was also full. Isn't this the #1 customer complaint? Will I ever be able to sit and eat the food I purchase at Bear?

Martin,

What's the deal with the hand-held scanners???? The lines are getting long because the scanners are not scanning. The line continues to increase and there are empty chairs going up the mountain while the operators TRY to scan tickets and season passes. When there is a wait and people are waiting there should never be groups of empty chairs going up the mountain. You should give the operators the latitude to do just a visual on the tickets and passes when the lines start to get long because of the scanners. It's smart business and would be better customer service.

Want to compliment the employee who was doing a great job of getting those people "saving" seats in the brown bag areas to "share" their tables the week of December 25th to 30th. Likewise, "Steve Coldwater??" was doing a great job of chairlift ticket checking/line direction on the Polar Express. We saw him train a newbie on Thursday the 27th, who then proceeded to do a great job himself (didn't catch his name). Some of the lift line controllers at other lifts thoughout the mountain need additional training.

Yo. . . MARTEEEEEEN
Had a blast entertaining the Bear Valley Winterfest crowd! Electric Zowie is a very unpredictable band.
You just never know when were gonna get it together!
Our usual blend of good and bad, right and wrong notes, seems to have been well received by most.
Wanted to thank you and your constituents for inviting one of the few local rockers to come up and make some noise. See you on the hill . . . OHLAY!!
